The shakeups come asย new brand CEO Artie Starrsย tries to get the iconic motorcycle maker back on track after a rough 2024.

Starrs began his tenureย in Octoberย byย reorganizing senior leadership, both bringing in new people to the brand and promoting employees to the C-suite.

Shortly before Starrs took over, the Harley board alsoย axed two of its longest tenured members.

Aย Harley-Davidsonย dealership run byย a couple and their daughterย closed down in December after over 63 years of serving the Springfield, Illinois community.
