Guillermo Reyes and Jose Herrada are now facing serious charges of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

On January 14th, a confrontation at a home on the 1900 block of Desert Willow, near Loop 410 and Marbach Road, escalated quickly when the suspects, known to the victim through their Bandidos affiliation, attempted to reclaim property. The situation turned violent when the victim refused their demands, leading to a shootout where the victim was injured.
