Warlocks Motorcycle Club member Thomas McDaniel traveled from Virginia for Bike Week in March and was gathering with other Warlocks at a New Smyrna Beach RaceTrac when he noticed some Mongols at the other end of the parking lot.
McDaniel said he was not “alarmed,” though; he was unaware of “any issues” between the Warlocks and Mongols in Florida. He said he didn’t expect “an attack,” according to an affidavit.
REDRUM comes to the Rescue
“I’m sitting there trying to wave him, wave him to stop, stop, slow down, do something,” related Mike Johnson, a member of the Redrum Motorcycle Club, which played a key role in saving Yvette’s life. “And as I look over, he’s at my rear tire, and that’s when they collide.”
